We want you to love what you wear.
If something doesn’t feel right, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Simply message us on Instagram (@neutral.eg) or email neutral.eg.2025@gmail.com , and we’ll take care of the rest.

Refunds are processed to you via (INSATPAY or Mobile Wallet) during 7–10 working days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, let us know within 48 hours we’ll make it right.
