Shipping policy

At Neutral°, we work to ensure your pieces arrive smoothly and on time.

• Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days across Egypt.

• Shipping Fees
Standard shipping rates apply and are shown at checkout.

• Refused / Unreceived Orders
If a customer refuses to receive the order, or the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect information or lack of response, a shipping fee of 100 EGP will be charged to cover delivery costs.

• Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message followed by a tracking update when your package is dispatched.
